Hi, I'm so glad you are here! I'm Laura, a Perinatal CBT Therapist, and I support Mum's with their mental health to and through motherhood. 

It's such a privilege to work with Mum's, to validate their struggles, to listen to their difficulties, and to find solutions to everyday struggles that us Mum's tend to go through!

Having both a decades worth of experience helping Mum's & Mum's-to-be, as well as experiencing my own struggles during my transition into parenthood, I've built up lots of experience in helping people just like you.
