Hi! I'm Laura, an experienced CBT Therapist, specialising in supporting Mums with low mood and anxiety, during their pregnancy and postnatally.

I am fascinated about all things pregnancy, babies, motherhood and mental health, which is probably why I love working with Mums so much!

My passion and goal is to hold you as a mother, to support you, and to walk alongside you at any point in your journey, whether for the first time or for the tenth!

I am here to support you.

Contact Me

I provide face to face therapy in my beautiful garden office in the Milton Keynes, MK3 area. The full address will be given upon booking. There is plenty of free on-street parking available and my office is large enough for you to bring your baby.

Lots of my clients have brought their babies to their appointments with me over the years, and you and your little ones are so welcome!

I also provide therapy remotely via Zoom, or telephone. You can mix up your appointments so some are in person and some are remote. I am happy to go with whatever feels best for you.

Each session with me is £90 and lasts up to an hour.

I work Wednesday - Friday 9-5pm, although I am currently fully booked until January 2022.
